Full refurbishment and extension to a Grade II listed apartment in the heart of Wimbledon Village, thoughtfully reimagined to preserve its architectural heritage while delivering a calm, elegant contemporary interior. Original period features throughout have been carefully retained and restored, while a new metal staircase introduces a sculptural, modern counterpoint within the historic fabric.

The kitchen is built around sage-green bespoke joinery and a marble-topped island, lit by black track spotlighting, with glazed black steel screens dividing the living spaces without closing them off. An original brick fireplace anchors the sitting room, framed by curved white sofas and richly patterned upholstery.

Upstairs, bedrooms are arranged around bespoke oak-framed canopy beds, with bathrooms finished in warm concrete tones and dark timber vanities - one paired with a hand-painted palm mural and a copper basin. Throughout, bespoke joinery and a considered selection of furnishings sit naturally within the existing structure, creating a seamless connection between past and present.

The result is a quietly luxurious pied-à-terre, where timeless character meets modern comfort.
