We were approached by the client to improve their 90's semi detached house by demolishing the existing conservatory and add a new modern rear extension to create a spacious open plan living space that opens onto the garden. The facade is designed to used as part of the furniture with integrated seating inside and out to provide flexible additional seating. The vertical white glazed bricks reference the existing soldier course detailing in the existing building. The project has just been submitted for planning approval.
