WINNIE'S HOUSE

A contemporary rear extension and loft conversion with a dramatic cantilevered overhang to create a sheltered outdoor seating space. Modern materials such as zinc, aluminium and render completely refresh and transform a 1930s semi detached house in Wimbledon.

The internal layout has been entirely opened up to create an open plan living space with a grand kitchen the new focal point of the home. A large feature skylight with dual aspect help to create a light and bright space despite the deep plan.

 

In the loft a generous master suite has been created with floor to ceiling glazing that makes best use of the long views across Kendor Gardens.
