CHAPEL SQUARE

A contemporary brick extension that takes inspiration from the gothic arches of the nearby Holloway Sanitorium. The stepped brick reveal around the glazing is a modern interpretation of the limestone fluting that frames each window of the listed 1873 building.

The internal layout has been re-configured to create an impressive open plan space with zones for kitchen, dining and living. An existing conservatory was demolished at the rear to make way for a full width extension. This opened the back of the house to light and views of the garden.
