HIMLEY ROAD

Our clients at Himley Road wanted to create a property more suitable for modern living for a young family. We added a side return extension at ground floor level that rationalises all the past outrigger additions into a generous open plan space. The large steel beams are careful clad to align with the external glazing and internal skylights. The façade is clad with ceramic tiles that are more textured at the base of the wall and feather out to smoother finish above the glazing. We also added a hip to gable loft extension to create a new master suite with dedicated home office.
